Book Hotels in Estate Jerusalem and Figtree Hill

"Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try. Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore. They brought blankets and sheets to the sofa bed upon request but only one pillow. Rooms were ok but just need a deep clean to get all the sand out of them. Hotel rooms inside ok, but outside needs updates with rotting wood. Stag just weren’t friendly. The young guy in the evening was nice but the others didn’t really care and I felt I was a bother when I walked into reception. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurants Due to the bad reviews and ridiculously priced breakfast. The restaurants along Cane Bay are good though. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Property definitely in need of maintenance. Sliding closet doors did not work and screen for door to balcony torn. Staff removed one closet door so we had access. Bed comfortable though pillows justbok. Bathroom nice and towels good quality. Biggest complaint is that there was only one restaurant on the property (the other one listed is closed). The food at the Deep End was good but service erratic, sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Menu limited. And biggest issue is that the restaurant is not part of the resort. So we had to have a credit card with us, could not run a tab and pay at the end of our visit. Did have a great Caribbean show on Friday night. Best fire dancers I have ever see . "
